Fees and Payment Terms

All ads require 100% advance payment before placement. Due to the intangible nature of the advertising services, we do not provide refunds once payment is made. Advertising fees will be based on the agreed-upon pricing structure. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted methods, will be specified in the advertising agreement.

Ad Performance and Reporting

We will provide performance metrics and reports for ads as part of our service. Advertisers will have access to data on how their ads are performing.

Intellectual Property

Return & Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy for Advertising Services

If you are not satisfied with the advertising services, we will review your concern with due diligence. If we determine that your concern is genuine, we will refund your amount after deducting any costs incurred. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reject your refund request. You need to contact us within 14 days to request a refund.

Return and Refund Policy for Products

We offer refunds on products under the following conditions:

• Customers have 14 days to ask for a refund.
• Product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Product must not be used or damaged.
• Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items on sale can also be refunded.
